Christmas delivery & returns

All items are made to order so please consider this before making a purchase. Orders are typically ready for shipping within 3-5 working days, but may take longer at busier periods. We are always happy to provide an order update via email.

Please note that we work with different suppliers to produce and ship our products so certain items will be shipped separately. As a guide, full price clothing items will be shipped together, mugs and coasters will be shipped together, prints will be shipped together and sale items will be shipped together. However, if for example you purchase a tee and a mug, you will receive your order in two separate parcels.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to the address provided at checkout. Please check your junk if this does not appear in your inbox.

Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to inform us that you would like to return an item for a refund or an exchange. If 14 days have passed we cannot accept a return or exchange request.

Buy one get one free on all prints

To qualify for the 'buy one get one free' discount you must add the prints you require to your basket and the discount applies automatically at the checkout.

For example, if you want to purchase 2 prints, then select both of the prints you require and the BOGOF discount will apply automatically at the checkout. Repeat this step for the number of prints you require, if you require 4 then select 4 and so on.

Please note that all orders are produced automatically based on what you have selected at the checkout. So if you only select and purchase one print then you will only receive that one print you selected in your order. If you have made this error then please get in touch and we will happily send you an additional print of your choice, however please note that you will be responsible for additional postage costs.

Prints are professionally printed on 180gsm matt paper.

International Shipping

Due to the complexities caused by Brext, an increase in the cost of shipping abroad and the fact that certain items are shipped from different suppliers leading to multiple postage costs, we have made the tough decision to remove overseas shipping from our website.

Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or return you must inform us within 14 days of the date your order was received that you would like to return or exchange your item(s).
